Shadows on the Wall Around Jerusalem. We are all reflections and shadows of the past, stretching back generations and generations to the creation of the world. The stones of Jerusalem bear witness to that past. If we wish to rebuild the world that was burned and broken so many generations ago, first by the Babylonians and then by the Roman tyrants, that rebuilding can be accomplished, and what is rebuilt will stand forever. And by so doing, rise to fulfill our true potential, reforging genuine relationships with one another and with God. Next year in Jerusalem rebuilt.
